What Host My Spot is
Host My Spot (HMS) is a Dominican company providing professional short-term rental and Airbnb property management. We have operated since 2016, managing apartments and villas for local and overseas owners across the Dominican Republic.
What we do
We run the full property operation: listing creation and optimization on Airbnb, Booking, Vrbo and direct booking; pricing strategy; guest communication; check-in and check-out; cleaning and laundry; maintenance and vendor coordination; and owner reporting.

Our operation runs on HMS OS, our in-house system for reservations, housekeeping turnovers, maintenance, finances and owner reporting. It is why an owner can see what happened with their property instead of chasing scattered messages.
