Can I book the villa without going through Airbnb?
Yes. Direct booking runs through booking.hostmyspot.com.do or over WhatsApp with the team operating the property.
Is the chef included in the villa rate?
No. The chef is booked separately and quoted by party size, number of services and menu, confirmed before arrival.
Are the chefs international?
We work with certified Dominican and international chefs, including Mexican cuisine. Assignment depends on the menu and availability for your dates.
What does housekeeping cover?
Bed making, linen changes, amenity restocking and cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen and common areas, with a checklist per shift. Frequency is set in the booking.
Is the concierge available at night?
Yes, the concierge answers on WhatsApp 24/7 during the stay for incidents, reservations and vendor coordination.
Can I host a wedding or company event at the villa?
At villas cleared for events, yes. We assess capacity, schedules, noise and deposit, and sign a specific agreement before confirming the date.
