Onboarding has four stages: property evaluation, preparation and supplies, photography and listing creation, then publishing to Airbnb, Booking and the direct channel. A unit that is already furnished and HOA-approved can go live within days; one that needs furnishing, power backup or HOA approval depends on those timelines, not ours.
